1. Subscription Services

Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions:All subscription fees for our bin washing services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming period.

2. Service Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will assess the situation and may offer a re-clean at no additional charge to ensure your satisfaction.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service date.

4. Refund Requests

For any refund requests related to billing errors or unauthorized charges, please contact us directly within 30 days of the charge. We will review your request and respond accordingly.
